Aboriginal Art:Dana Tiger an artist of Creek/Seminole and Cherokee descent,daughter of "Jerome Tiger" an Nationally acclaimed artist himself, taught Dana through his art the extrodinary richness of the Native American Culture.Dana began painting full-time in 1985 and has established herself as one of America's leading contemporary artist.She is Best known for painting of strength and determination of Native American women.Dana is outspoken in her advocacy for the rights of women and minorities,especially Native Americans.She has donated,paintings for poster projects to a number of campaigns AIDS coalition for indian outreach organizations,including American Cancer Society and AmericanIndian College fund.Her mediums: watercolor,acrylics,gouche.
